A happy and vibrant afternoon of singing and movement.
Voice lessons and simple choir songs with singer and artist Nelly from Coro da Oficina na Escola with acoustic music.
Use your voice without prior knowledge of singing, sing easy songs in a group and feel the joy of making music together. Singing will free your spirit and can lead to a childlike joy hidden within you.
Let's move and feel the body all together, with the psycho-corporal therapist Anne.
With the Dances of Universal Peace, a summation of chants, movements and wisdom from humanity's spiritual traditions, we continue to bring our joy and openness into a meditative state. Singing simple melodies and mantras, we will dance rhythmic steps in a circle and thus create a human mandala. Through opening our voice and our heart we change our state, we can feel inner peace and radiate peace to the outer world.
