Arte e Sal

S.Torpes

Arte e Sal is a restaurant that reached a well-deserved success. It combines excellent cooking, a privileged environment and a service quality only attainable by an experienced host. But its reputation is especially due to the excellent fish of this coast. The menu relies above all on the fresh fish brought every morning from Sines fish market, always well supplied with the products from this coast.

White sea breams, sea basses or gilthead sea breams go directly to the grill and from there on to your plates.
To match, you can rely on some specialties from the best regional tradition, like migas (fried bread and garlic dish) with turnip tops, xerém de berbigão(maize flour meal with a type of cockle) and açorda de ovas (bread panada with fish roe).
