Ameijoas à Bulhão Pato (clams), Canja de Garoupa (fish soup), Arroz de Tamboril (monkfish rice), or Carne de Porco à Alentejana (pork with clams), accompanied by an excellent Portuguese wine, particularly one from the Alentejo, or a natural fruit juice, are just some of the specialities you can enjoy whether in the simple relaxing atmosphere of either the self-service or the restaurant. Alternatively you could opt for the esplanade with a view of the swimming pool, or if you prefer, use the take-away service to take a packed lunch with you and have a picnic.
