BAMBAROCK was born from an informal encounter between Brazilian Musicians in Lisbon. This encounter led a project that seeks to diffuse different musical genres such as samba-rock, gafieira and samba-funk, rhythms that appeared in Brazil in the late 50’s through legendary Brazilian musicians such as Jorge Ben Jor, Wilson Simonal and Tim Maia.
