4th ACLS Gastronomic Exhibition – Sines

The Exhibition, which takes place in participating restaurants in the municipality of Sines, aims to promote the potential and gastronomic attractiveness of our municipality, boost the catering sector, resulting in a strong contribution to boosting local commerce. The obligatory ingredient is horse mackerel, preferably caught on our coast.
There are many ways to prepare dishes with horse mackerel, grilled, boiled, fried or in the oven, from traditional dishes to more elaborate dishes, the flavors of the sea merge with the influences of the Alentejo interior, resulting in an irresistible combination of the flavors of the coast and the plain.
It is intended to affirm Sines, land of Vasco da Gama, as a gastronomic destination of excellence, throughout the year.
