s a collaborative project between Beatriz Cardoso and Patricia Leal and is part of a series of performative works that aims to raise awareness about the problem of water scarcity in the Algarve. A problem that is aggravated daily by bad choices in the management of this resource, which is so essential.
Referring to the relationship between art and politics, this work is part of an aesthetic of artivism or eco-activism, intending to amplify, question and make us reflect about what we still have time to do to reverse this situation.
We will open space for this reflection, listening and expression about what it is like to live in a territory threatened by drought and what moves us towards choices that will have an impact on future generations of the bioregion.
