In the heart of the village of Cercal do Alentejo, next to the Historic Route of the Rota Vicentina, you will find A Casa do Chafariz, a local accommodation with two types of stay available:

- Double or twin rooms (Casa do Chafariz - Rooms), which offer all the comfort necessary for a short stay, including free Wi-Fi, television and private bathroom. Perfect for a break between walks!

- Or the complete house (Casa do Chafariz - Guest-House), if you prefer a charming retreat with two spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with very pleasant views of the garden. Ideal for a family holiday or larger groups.

Located in the heart of Alentejo, the village of Cercal do Alentejo offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere, far from the tourist crowds, but still close to the magnificent beaches of the Costa Alentejana and the Campilhas Dam.

In addition to being located at the starting point of many trails on the Rota Vicentina, Casa do Chafariz is surrounded by a stunning landscape, full of farms, lots of local shops and picturesque Alentejo houses.

The nearest airport is Faro Airport, which is 137 km from Casa do Chafariz, which is, as they say in Alentejo, “already there!”.

Please note that this accommodation, as it is a restoration of old Alentejo houses, has access via stairs and does not have an elevator, so it is not prepared to receive people with reduced mobility and does not have staff qualified to communicate with Portuguese Sign Language.
