            The Association follows adequate security measures for the storage and protection of the personal data collected. Personal data stored in digital format has Access Management for the user and utilise strong Passwords for access to all platforms and tools. Personal data recorded in physical format is stored in a place with restricted access.<\/p>\n

            RV will keep the personal data collected for the duration of the following periods:<\/p>\n

            • Membership\/Associate Requests: until their deletion is requested;<\/li>\n
