Lamelas restaurant is located in Porto Covo and this is not theft of chance. Porto Covo has been in the heart of chef Ana Moura since she was born, as it is where the roots of her maternal family lie.
It is from the open kitchen, “where it is important to see the customers and if they are enjoying it” that, with passion and technique, Ana and her team here cook the flavor of Alentejo, full of freshness and authenticity.
On the balcony overlooking the bay of Porto Covo, in the main room or on the outdoor terrace, at Lamelas you will feel at home and experience authentic cuisine in its origins, focused on local traditions and the nobility of the preparation of typical dishes.
The products and complements come from nearby producers and markets, boosting a local economy and with the least possible environmental impact, which is also the guarantee of flavors sprinkled by the sea that coexists here.
