If you encounter livestock keep a careful distance. Although tame, they do like strangers approaching their young.
The route crosses and, at points, covers a little of the N120 and part of the town of Odemira, and therefore you may encounter some traffic. Caution is recommended.
A part of the route coincides with the Rota Vicentina walking paths – namely the Historical Way (GR11) – so it is very likely that you will encounter walkers.
The final part of the last descent is on calçada, which can sometimes be very slippery.
Please note that this route does not pass through any location to buy supplies, so you should stock up at the starting point in Odemira.
Points of support: Only in Odemira at the start and finish of the route.
