{"id":94105,"date":"2023-02-10T17:42:21","date_gmt":"2023-02-10T17:42:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rotavicentina.com\/eventos\/semana-id-final-party\/"},"modified":"2023-03-13T15:18:02","modified_gmt":"2023-03-13T15:18:02","slug":"semana-id-final-party","status":"publish","type":"eventos","link":"https:\/\/rotavicentina.com\/de\/eventos\/semana-id-final-party\/","title":{"rendered":"E v\u00e1 Balho!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>E v\u00e1 Balho!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Around the hills of Odemira\u00b4s countryside, whenever people felt for singing and dancing, someone would say \u201cE v\u00e1 Balho!\u201d and the party would get started.<\/p>\n<p>Inspired by the Ethnographic Group Gente do Ato Mira, 4 musicians and two dancers recreate the \u201cBalho\u201d party to celebrate the richness of traditional portuguese music and dance.<\/p>\n<p>We will start with an open class to the whole community, where we will get familiar with traditional instruments, learn how to sing and dance, but also learn more about the history, influences and social background of our traditions.<\/p>\n<p>By the hand of the Ethnographic Group Gente do Alto Mira, we will go on a journey which will take us from Alentejo to other portuguese regions, discovering our country through its songs and dances.<\/p>\n<p>Once we have learned the lesson, the party will go on with an animated concert where traditions from north to south of Portugal will merge into the magic of traditional instruments and the joy of dancing our culture together!<\/p>\n<p>It will be offered the traditional stew (bring a plate and cutlery) and there are more options in the village to have dinner!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Open Class: 17:30-19:30<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Dance: 21:00-23:00<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>E v\u00e1 Balho!
