"We thought and rethought in every detail conceived in our menus. Conscious of the ingredients we choose for our kitchen." is the motto launched by David Trueb, a talented young chef who recently ventured solo in this small space in the heart of this Natural Park.

The cuisine is vegetarian and the focus is on excellence, with menus constantly being updated based on the season with the options changing regularly, and everything on the menu being updated including starters, main courses, desserts and even the wines. In short, it's a complete fine-dining experience pushing the palate, sense of smell and vision to higher levels.

The philosophy of sustainability guides the cooking decisions, largely using small local producers complemented with plant-inspired main dishes, giving rise to a highly varied palette of colors and flavors, and with wine pairing for each selected dish.

The tasting menu can be shared, and the main courses of this Spring menu include Okonomiyaki with chutney and kimchi mayonnaise flavored with Quartzo Doc Alentejo wine or smoked beetroot with bordelaise and rice, accompanied by an António Madeira wine - Vinhas Velhas.
