Sufi walking Meditation on Senhora das Neves Circular route
In this Mindful Walking Meditation, we will do some breathing techniques and sound exercises with mantras and vibrational therapy. We will walk on the trail in silence (not talking unnecessary) and humming/singing the mantra with breathing patterns. There will be a break for water, a picnic and a meditation circle. In Shallah we will meet the key keeper of the Ermida to have a circle of The dances of the Universal peace inside the chapel;at this mystic and magic place with a breathtaking view.
Bring an hat, water and a snack.
